Meet Joshua Stone

I’m Joshua Stone, founder of Polara Growth Partners.

Before launching Polara, I spent nearly two decades within private markets and investment environments, supporting acquisitions, integrations, operational scale-ups, governance initiatives, and institutional investment processes across a range of international businesses and platforms.

My background spans private equity, strategic finance, operational leadership, and investor-facing environments — with experience working alongside management teams through periods of growth, transition, and increasing organizational complexity.

Today, I advise founders, boards, investors, and leadership teams across areas including strategic finance, governance, capital planning, organizational alignment, and special situations.

My work is grounded in a simple principle: strong businesses are built through disciplined decision-making, aligned stakeholders, thoughtful execution, and long-term thinking.
